Bald Pets Need Love Too

This is Barney.  He is a West Highland Terrier, who has a skin condition which resulted in severe hair loss - because the skin problem went untreated.  To make this story that much sadder, his so called owner dumped him in a car park, because his problem was too much of a burden.
