I see a trip to New York City in my future.

the bald man cometh. but this time he’s bringing chocolate. (and lots of it.) max brenner, the israeli chocolatier (a.k.a. the bald man) is already a hit in australia, and is set to make a stateside debut in union square any momento. from pastries to fondue to chocolate alcoholic drinks, apparently every chocolate factory fantasy is fulfilled. and there’s even food sans chocolate like stuffed french toast and sammies. sounds sweet. 841 broadway. between 13th and 14th. www.maxbrenner.com

I’ve been to the Max Brenner in Singapore! It’s definitely an interesting (and pricey) experience. :)

I don’t do rain. I have savored the Max Brenner
experience at the Bwy and 13th Street spot. It
was definitely a culinary orgasmic experience
which has encouraged me to write my Chocolate
CHronicles.
