Bald Is Beautiful by Jodi Pliszka
You remember Jodi, right? The American Inventor finalist whose HeadlineIt! is due to hit the shelves this year?
Well, she recently updated me what’s been going on in her neck of the woods, and I thought I’d share:
First, the HeadlineIt! is due out in May or June, a few months later than initially projected. Not only is the product hitting the shelves, but Jodi’s got a book coming out, too! “Bald Is Beautiful: My Journey To Becoming” is due out sometime soon from Nightengale Press. I couldn’t find it on Amazon yet, but here’s a peak at the possible cover for the book.
Jodi was also on Lifetime’s Health Corner yesterday morning. I don’t have cable, so I missed it…

HI EVERYONE!
I am SO EXCITED to be able to share my book with you all.
I am very humbled and honored by all the wonderful support that I have from the BALD community… the endorsements I have for my book are just incredible!
I want to show people my TRADEGY to TRIUMPH story, and let them see that being BALD truly is BEAUTIFUL.
We need to focus on the INSIDE.. to see the REAL beauty.

I am a 32 year old single unemployed lady in South USA. I shaved my head bald, kinda as a new years resolution. I have been wanting to do it for awhile but was too worried about what everyone else would think. so This year I did it and told myself not to woory about others. I love it. I have always loved bald men, and now I am an example that bald women are beautiful.
