Anthony Gonzalez: Official Baldiness.com Buckeye Wide Receiver
So, Monday night is the big game. Being a long time Ohio resident, you’ll be forgiven for assuming I am a Buckeye fan. Alas and alack! I am not. There are certain other members of my household who hold quite strong opinions on the matter; Marital solidarity, therefore, leads me to root against the Buckeyes. However, I hold a grudge against all Florida athletic programs extending back to the mid-80’s courtesy of one Mr. Flutie - a grudge that predates even that of my beloved!
Oh, the dilemma!
That being said, I will certainly be rooting for young Mr. Gonzalez, the Official Baldiness.com Buckeye Wide Receiver. What? You thought that highly polished dome was an attempt to gain every marginal advantage on the gridiron? Not so! Says the young man himself: “That’s why I shave my head, ‘cause I’m going bald.”
So, while I am torn with regard to the game, I have at least a player to cheer on!
